Mocha Angel Cake
 1 pkg white angel food cake mix
 1 tbsp cocoa
 1 ⅓ cups cold coffee
Mocha Frosting
 ½ pkg (2.8 ounce size) whipped topping mix (or 8 ounces of Cool Whip)
 2 tbsp powdered sugar
 2 tsp cocoa

Prepare cake mix as directed on package, except stir cocoa into cake mix (dry) and substitute cold coffee for water. Bake and cool as directed. Remove from pan, frost with Mocha Frosting and sprinkle with chocolate shot.
Yield: 12 servings

Mocha Frosting

Prepare topping mix as directed on package, except use skim milk and add powdered sugar and cocoa during last minute of beating.
Or
Whisk powdered sugar and cocoa into prepared Cool Whip.
