 2 cups (8 oz) macaroni shells, cooked and drained
 2 cans tuna, drained and chunked
 ½ cup celery, chopped
 ½ cup mayonnaise
 ½ cup milk
 3 cups loosely packed parsley (1 bunch), thick stems removed
  cup coarsely chopped green onions

In a greased deep 2-quart baking dish, toss shells, tuna, and celery. In blender or food processor process mayonnaise, milk, parsley, and green onions until smooth. Pour over tuna mixture; toss to coat. Baking in preheated 400-degree oven 15 minutes or until bubbly. Stir before serving.
Yield: 4 servings
