 1 10 oz package frozen broccoli
 1 package Schilling Turkey Gravy Mix
 1 cup light cream
 2 tbsp sherry
 4 slices turkey
 ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese

Cook broccoli following package directions. Drain. In saucepan combine gravy mix, cream and sherry. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Simmer 2 minutes. Pour ¼ of the sauce into shallow 1 ½ quart buttered casserole. Arrange broccoli over sauce; cover with turkey slices. Pour remaining sauce overall. Top with cheese. Cover and bake in a 350-degree oven for 20 minutes.
Yield: 4 Servings
