 self-rising flour

Mix to the consistency of biscuit dough. Take a ball about the size of a large walnut & roll to ¼ inch thick (about 5-6 inch diameter). Fry in ½ inch of hot fat, turning once. When crisp, drain on paper towel.
Serve with chili and beans.
