Preheat oven to 350 degrees (or 325 degrees for pan with colored exterior). Grease and flour pan. In large bowl, blend first 4 ingredients until moistened; beat as directed on cake package. Stir in coconut and nuts. Marble chocolate throughout batter.
Pour half of batter (about 2 cups) into pan. In small bowl, combine all Filling ingredients; sprinkle ¾ over batter in pan. Cover with remaining batter; sprinkle with remaining Filling.
Bake 40 – 55 minutes, or until cake tests done. Cool upright in pan, 15 minutes; remove from pan and turn cake so crumb mixture is on top. Cool.
Blend glaze ingredients in small bowl until smooth. Glaze cake.
