1 3 oz pkg any flavor Jell-O gelatin
 1 cup boiling water
7 ice cubes (you might need up to 10)
 ¾ cup drained canned pineapple
  cup sour cream
1

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Add ice cubes and stir until gelatin starts to thicken - 3-5 mins; remove any unmelted ice.

2

Measure 1 cup of thickened gelatin and add the pineapple; spoon into dessert glasses. If desired, stemmed glasses may be tilted in refrigerator by catching the base between the bars of the rack and leaning the top against the wall. Chill until firm.

3

Add sour cream to remaining gelatin; beat until foamy and soft; spoon over gelatin in glasses. Chill at least one hour, tilted as before if desired.
Yields: 6 servings
