1 large egg
1 ½ cups fine soft bread crumbs
½ cup finely chopped onion
½ cup milk
1 tbsp chopped parsley
2 tsp salt
2 tsp prepared mustard
2 tsp horseradish
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
½ tsp marjoram, crumbled
¼ tsp pepper
2 lbs ground turkey meat

Combine all ingredients except turkey, and mix well. Add turkey and mix thoroughly. Pack into oiled 4 ½ cup ring mold. Invert onto shallow baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
Yield: 8 servings
